Pipe & Tabor

A Medieval instrument still played today in festivals in Europe, especially in France and England. The pipe consist of two holes in the front and one thumb hole in the back. With just these three holes the performer is able to play complete scales and melodies. The other hand is free to beat the tabor, or drum, making the performer a kind of one man band.
